白玉酿胜瓜环 Stuffed Hairy Gourd with Tofu

材料
胜瓜1条(约250克)、圆白豆腐2条、素火腿50克、薯粉适量
1 Hairy gourd (about 250g), 2 white tofu tubes, 50g mock ham, some tapioca flour

调味料
盐1⁄4小匙、胡椒粉、麻油各少许
1⁄4 tsp salt, dash of pepper & sesame oil

做法
1.将胜瓜刨皮,洗净切成3cm长段,涂上少许薯粉。(图1)
1.Peel hairy gourd and cut into 3cm thick ring; coat with some tapioca flour. (pic 1)

2.将圆豆腐切1cm圆段,铺在胜瓜上。(图2-3)
2.Cut tofu tubes into 1 cm thick ring, place on top of hairy gourd. (pic 2-3)

3.素火腿切成心形放于豆腐上,排上蒸盘,浇上调味料,水沸后以中火蒸8-10分钟即可。 (图4-5)
3.Cut mock ham into heart shape, place on top of tofu; arrange in plate and pour seasoning over; and then steam with medium heat for 8-10 minutes, done. (pic 4-5)
