    Step 1

    将花椒放入干锅里炒香,磨成粉,和幼盐,五香粉一起拌匀。Sauté Chinese peppercorn in dry wok until fragrant, grind into powder and mix with salt and 5 spiced powder.

    Step 2

    将熟蛋用汤匙轻轻敲裂,裹上一层花椒盐,用锡纸包好,排在烤盘里。Cut a slit on each egg with spoon, coat with pepper salt and wrap with aluminum foil, place on baking tray.

    Step 3

    放入已预热烤箱,用180°C烤20分钟即可。Pre-heat oven at 180°C and bake for 20 minutes, done.
