盐焗鸡腿Baked Drumstick with Salt

【材料】
鸡全腿3只、粗盐2公斤、油纸3张(剪成12″x12″)、深烘盘1个、铝箔纸1张

【腌料】
盐2茶匙、绍兴酒2汤匙、姜汁1汤匙、麻油1汤匙、当归粉1汤匙

【做法】
1.鸡腿洗净抹干,用腌料搽匀置放1小时。(图1-2)
2.取1张油纸,放入一只鸡腿,面上撒入少许当归粉,然后折起油纸裹好。(图3)
3.在烘盘中叠上铝箔纸,倒入一半的粗盐铺平,放入鸡腿包,再将另一半的粗盐倒入铺满。(图4-5)
4.移入已预热的烤箱以250℃烘烤约1小时半即可取出。(图6)

【Ingredients】
3 Chicken whole leg, 2kg salt, 3 sheets greased paper(12″x12″), 1 round tray, 1 sheet aluminium foil

【Condiments】
2 tsp salt, 2 tbsp Chinese wine, 1 tbsp ginger juice, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp Dang Gui powder

【Method】
1.Pet dry chicken whole leg and then marinate with condiments for 1 hour.(pic 1-2)
2.Place each marinated chicken whole leg on a piece of greased paper and then sprinkle some Dang Gui powder on top and warp up.(pic 3)
3.Place aluminium sheet on the tray, cover with half portion of salt, place wrap chicken on it and cover with the rest of salt.(pic 4-5)
4.Bake in pre-heated oven at 250℃ for 1 1/2 hour.(pic 6)
