素炒福州面线 Fried Fuzhou Mee Sua

【材料】
福州面线400克(1包)、鲜香菇4朵(切粗丝)、五香豆干1块(切条)、灵芝菇150克、包菜250克(切小块)、红萝卜80克(切粗丝)、芫茜碎2大匙
【调味料】
素蚝油1汤匙、生抽3汤匙、胡椒粉1⁄2 小匙、老抽1小匙、麻油1小匙
【做法】
1.将福州面线放入滚水里川烫3-5分钟,然后捞出放入冷水中冲洗,沥干水份待用。(图1)
2.烧热油镬,加入香菇、灵芝菇炒香,再加入五香豆干、包菜、红萝卜一起炒匀。(图2)
3.最后加入面线和调味料炒至均匀,即可上碟,撒上芫茜碎享用。(图3)

【Ingredients】
1 pkt Fuzhou Mee Sua (400g), 4 pcs fresh mushroom (shredded), 1 pc 5 spiced bean curd (cut into strips), 150g Ling Zhi mushroom, 250g cabbage (cut small pieces), 80g carrot(shredded), 2 tbsp chopped coriander
【Seasoning】
1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce, 3 tbsp soy sauce, 1⁄2 tsp pepper, 1 tsp dark soy sauce, 1 tsp sesame oil
【Method】
1.Scud Fuzhou Mee Sua in boiling water for 3-5 minutes, then rinse in cold  water and drain.(pic 1)
2.Heat oil in wok, saute fresh mushroom and Ling Zhi mushroom until fragrant; then toss in 5 spiced bean curd, cabbage and carrot.(pic 2)
3.Add in Mee Sua and seasoning, stir-fry until well mixed, dish
out, sprinkle chopped coriander on top and serve.(pic 3)
