    小贴士 : 绿豆片蒸熟后,要趁热压成豆沙,趁热炒,才不会有硬粒。

    芝麻绿豆沙做法Method for paste : 1.绿豆片泡水3小时,沥干水份,隔水蒸30分钟后,压成豆沙,然后加入糖和油煮至不粘锅即成。Drain green beans and steam for 30 minutes, mash into paste, then stir-fry with oil and sugar until they do not stick to wok.

    2.起锅待冷,加入馅料B的莲蓉和黑芝麻搓匀,分出8等份,搓圆备用。Let the green bean paste cool down, then mix with ingredients B and then apportion into 8 pieces.

    皮料做法Method : Pastry : 1.将材料A打软,加入材料B拌匀成皮料,放入冰箱冷冻30分钟,取出分成8等份。Knead ingredients A until soften, then mix in ingredients B and keep in fridge for 30 minutes, and then apportion into 8 pieces.

    2.取一份皮料压平,包入一份馅料,收口。Flatten 1 portion of the dough and wrap with 1 portion of mixed paste into ball shape.

    3.扫上材料C,放入预热180℃的烤炉焗至金黄色即可。Glaze the dough with milk and bake in pre-heat oven at 180℃ until golden brown.
