素蚝煎 Oyster Omelet

材料 :
A:草菇200克(切半)、蛋2粒(打散)
B:地瓜粉3汤匙、水3汤匙
调味料:
胡椒粉¼茶匙、麻油1茶匙、黄糖½茶匙

做法 :
1 将地瓜粉加水拌匀成面糊,加调味料拌匀。


2 镬内烧热4汤匙油,慢慢倒入面糊,加入草菇,再慢慢倒入蛋,以中火煎至金黄色。


3 转小火,翻另一面,煮多3分钟。


4 盛起,吃时加入芫茜装饰,即可。

INGREDIENTS :
A:200g straw mushroom (halved), 2 eggs (beaten)
B: 3 tbsp sweet tapioca flour, 3 tbsp water
SEASONING:
¼ tsp pepper, 1 tsp sesame oil, ½ tsp brown sugar

METHOD :
1 Mix sweet tapioca flour with water become batter. Add in seasoning and mix well, set aside.
2 Heat 4 tbsp oil in wok, slowly pour in batter, add in straw mushroom; follow with egg and sear till golden brown with medium heat.
3 Turn to low heat, sear another side for 3 minutes.
4 Dish out and garnish with coriander.
