    Step 1

    把荔枝放入糖水中,收入冰箱冷藏。Soak lychee with milk syrup and keep in the refrigerator to chill.

    Step 2

    把糯米粉和澄面粉混合,然后加入糖粉和盐,再倒入温水搅拌搓成软面团。Combine glutinous rice flour and wheat starch in a mixing bowl. Add in icing sugar and salt then pour in lukewarm water gradually. Mix into a soft dough.

    Step 3

    取少许面团搓圆再包入切开的红枣。Pinch small pieces of dough and stuff into the cut red dates.

    Step 4

    把包馅汤圆放入滚水里煮至浮起。Drop the red dates tong yuen into a pot of boiling water and cook until afloat.

    Step 5

    加入冷藏的糖水里享用。Serve with chilled lychee and syrup.
