    心得交流站 :调好味道才加入鱼,是因为放了鱼片就不可以再搅动,以免破烂不美观。

    Step 1

    将鱼加入腌料腌10分钟。Marinate fish fillet with marinades for 10 minutes.

    Step 2

    香料加入5汤匙油打烂,然后放进鑊里爆香到出油。Blend spices ingredients with 5 tbsp oil until fine;and then saute in wok until oily and aroma.

    Step 3

    加入调味料煮滚,试味,再加入鱼片小火煮8分钟或至熟。Add in seasoning and bring to boil,adjust taste and add in fish fillet,simmer in low heat for 8 minutes or until cooked.

    Step 4

    撒上薄荷叶即可享用。Sprinkle mint leaves over and serve.
