    Step 1

    塘菇去皮后切半拍松、洒上少许木薯粉炸至金黄色备用。Peel arrowhead,halved and smash to loosen;coat with some tapioca flour and deep fry until golden brown.

    Step 2

    面筋素鸡炸至金黄色备用。Deep fry mock chicken until golden brown.

    Step 3

    爆香B材料至姜片呈金黄色,加入调味料炒香。Saute ingredients B follow with seasoning until fragrant.

    Step 4

    加入A材料炒片刻,注入水煮至收汁即可。Toss in all ingredients A and stir-fry briefly;add water and cook until gravy thickens.
