罐头浦烧鱼焗饭Baked Unagi Rice

【材料】2人份
罐头浦烧鱼1罐、洋葱末2汤匙、白饭2人份量、Mozzarella芝士适量

【调味料】
酱油2汤匙、味醂(Mirin)2汤匙

【做法】
1.烧热1汤匙油,将洋葱末炒至发出香味。(图1)
2.加入白饭和调味料,翻炒至均匀。(图2)
3.将甜酱油炒饭盛入耐烤餐具内,铺上罐头浦烧鱼,然后淋上罐头内的浦烧汁。(图3)
4.撒上芝士,放入烤箱,用180度,上下火烤15-20分钟或焗饭表面呈金黄色即可。

【Ingredients】2 servings
1 canned grilled Unagi, 2 tbsp chopped onion, 2 bowls white rice, some Mozzarella cheese

【Seasoning】
2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp Mirin wine

【Method】
1.Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok, sauté onion until fragrant.(pic 1)
2.Pour in white rice and seasoning, stir to mix.(pic 2)
3.Dish out the fried rice into baking container, arrange canned grilled Unagi on top and pour some gravy over.(pic 3)
4.Sprinkle cheese on top and bake in pre-heated oven at 180°C for 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden brown, done.
