    Step 1

    黄梨叁巴酱做法:烧热油¼杯,爆香研磨材料,加入配料和调味料煮至汁浓盛起。Method for sambal: Heat ¼ cup oil in wok,sauted grounded ingredients until fragrant,toss in sub-ingredients and seasoning,cook until gravy thicken,dish out.

    网饼做法:拌匀全部网饼材料成面糊。Mixes all batter ingredients into smooth batter.

    Step 3

    烧热不黏镬,抹上少许油,用Roti jala杯筛下面糊成网饼,煎至熟,取出待冷包入1条素鱼上碟,配黃梨叁巴酱吃。Heat up non-stick pan,grease with some oil and pour in batter thgrough Roti Jala cup,form like net and sear until cooked,remove from pan,let cool down and use it to wrap 1 strip of seaweed gluten roll. Serve with pineapple sambal.
