冷锅下2汤匙橄榄油,下蒜茸和洋葱末炒至香后,下猪绞 肉翻炒至7分熟。 Saute garlic and onion with 2 tbsp olive oil until fragrant, toss In minced meat and stir-fry until 70% cooked.
加入有机蕃茄义大利酱和调味料烹煮至熟,盛盘备用。 Add in pasta sauce and seasoning, and cook until done, dish out.
将煮熟的意大利面加入鸡蛋液和帕美森芝士拌匀,备用。 Blend cooked spaghetti with egg and Parmesan cheese, set aside.
将玛芬烤盘涂上一层橄榄油,放入义面,轻压成杯状,铺 上肉酱,最后洒上莫扎里拉芝士碎, 放进烤箱,以180度 烤约15分钟即可. Grease muffin mold with olive oil and top with spaghetti, and then fill in minced meat and sprinkle Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake in pre-heated oven at 180℃ for 15 minutes.(
