    Step 1

    胜瓜去皮切角,备用。Peel loofah and cut into wedges.

    Step 2

    爆香材料B,加入胜瓜炒香,注入水煮滚后,再加入其余的材料A,煮片刻加入调味料,即可。Saute ingredients B until fragrant;toss in loofah and add in water;once boiled,add in other ingredients A and seasoning, simmer shortly.

    Step 3

    把材料D放入大碗中,加入煮好的所有材料,趁热享用。Place ingredients D in big bowl,pour in all ingredients and serve hot.
