    Step 1

    将胜瓜去皮去瓤切粗丝,飞水备用。Peel Loofah, remove seeds and cut into strips and then blanch in boiling water.

    Step 2

    爆香材料C,加入香菇炒香,接着加入其余材料B和材料D炒香,再加入胜瓜和调味料炒片刻上碟。Sauté ingredients C with Chinese mushroom until fragrant,toss in all remaining ingredients B & D;add in Loofah and seasoning and stir-fry to well mix.
