    Step 1

    莲蓉切成约2分宽片待用。 Cut lotus paste into 2 cm thick and set aside.

    Step 2

    预先把馒头放入雪柜冷冻,取出切成片,再回蒸至软待用。 Freeze Man Tou in fridge, and then cut into slices and steam to soften.

    Step 3

    把馒头片每两片中间夹一块莲蓉,然后稍压紧。 Sandwich 2 slices of Man Tou with 1 pc of lotus paste and press firmly.

    把馒头夹搽上鸡蛋液 Spread egg sauce

    Step 5

    再沾上薄薄一片干面粉 coat with thin layer of dry plain flour

    Step 6

    再裹上脆浆糊,以热油炸至香脆呈金黄色即可捞出沥油。 dip in batter, deep fry until golden brown, drain.

    Step 7

    把脆馒头淋入炼奶便可享用。 Dazzle condensed milk over golden Man Tou and serve.
