    Step 1

    把煮熟的鸡胸肉切丝;洋葱丝,姜丝,柚子肉加入调味料搅拌均匀挤干水份备用。Shred the cooked chicken breast; mix the onion, ginger, and grapefruit with the seasoning, stir evenly.

    取春卷皮一张和适量的凉拌鸡肉丝包成菊花石榴球状,再用烫软的青葱/韭菜花绑好。Take a piece of spring roll wrapper, put some chicken shreds on top and wrap it into a chrysanthemum pomegranate shape, then tie it with hot soft green onions/leeks.
