    Step 1

    将莲子用适量水煮软备用。Boil the lotus seed until soften.

    Step 2

    烧热3大匙油爆香冬菇粒和芋头粒,接着加入所有馅料炒匀,加入调味料炒至收汁上碟,分出2份。Heat 3 tbsp oil in wok,sauté Chinese mushroom and yam until fragrant,add in all other filling ingredients,stir-fry with seasoning until gravy reduced,dish out and separate into 2 portions.

    Step 3

    取2个盅子抹上适量油铺上各1片腐皮,然后加入1份馅,盖上炸腐皮,压平包好,至全部做好,隔水蒸30分钟。扣上碟,煮滚芡汁淋上享用。Greased 2 bowls with some oil,line in bean curd skin,top with 1 portion of filling,press firmly,top with deep fried bean curd skin and wrap up,steam for 30 minutes,dislodge in plate,pour in cook sauce and ready to serve.
