    腐竹煮鱼是一道简单的家常菜。此菜不仅鲜香美味,而且含有丰富的蛋白质,营养价值高。

    Step 1

    将鱼洗净,抹干水,斜划2刀,涂上½小匙盐,煎至两面金黄色和熟,盛起。Wash the fish, pat dry and cut 2 slits on each side and marinate with ½ tsp of salt; and then sear until golden and cooked on both sides.

    Step 2

    用2大匙油爆香蒜茸和葱头仔碎,加入冬菇和红萝卜炒香,加入调味料煮滚。Use 2 tbsp of oil to sauté garlic and shallot until fragrant; add mushrooms and carrots; follow with seasoning and bring to boil.

    Step 3

    加入腐竹支、大蒜和煎熟的鱼,转小火加盖煮5分钟,把鱼捞起,盛在碟里。Add bean curd sticks, leek and seared fish, turn to low heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove the fish to serving plate.

    Step 4

    汁加入粟粉水打芡,淋在鱼上,洒上芫茜葱,即可。Thicken the gravy with starch and drizzle over the fish, garnish with some coriander and spring onion.
