    Step 1

    热锅,放入红萝卜及红辣椒炒香。Heat up a pan, add carrots and red peppers and saute until fragrant.

    Step 2

    加入豆干、甜豆和调味料拌炒均匀,最后加入大豆肉碎和腰果略炒匀,即可上碟享用。Add dried tofu, snow peas and seasonings and stir-fry evenly. Lastly add minced soybeans and cashew nuts ,stir-fry well and serve.
