    小贴士 : 油炸金脆腰豆的方法如下:在锅里倒入2杯油,倒入腰豆,然后生火,当油热开时腰豆亦同时炸熟。这个做法可确保腰豆香脆,不会烧焦。

    Step 1

    用腌料腌虾肉5-10分钟。Lightly season prawns with condiments for 5-10 minutes.

    Step 2

    起锅热油,把姜和蒜茸爆香,然后加入所有酱汁、虾及红萝卜炒均。Heat oil in a wok and fry ginger and garlic until fragrant. Add in sauce ingredients, prawns and carrot. Stir well.

    Step 3

    待材料滚开时转慢火焖一阵子,然后加入青红灯笼椒,炒均后撒入腰豆即可盛出。Bring to boil then simmer for a while. Add in red and green capsicum and toss well. Dish out and sprinkle with cashew nuts.
