    豆腐是一种营养极为丰富的食材,口感松软滑嫩。豆腐不但能降低体内胆固醇,还有助于神经、血管、大脑的发育生长。

    Step 1

    把蛋和盐打散,加入豆浆拌匀,过滤入碗里。Beat the eggs with salt, add soy milk and mix well, strain into a bowl.

    Step 2

    放入煮滚水的蒸笼里,用小火蒸8-10分钟至凝结,取出,扣在碟里,放上小菜心装饰。Steam over low heat for 8-10minutes until set, remove from steamer, dislodge on serving plate and garnish with baby Sawi.

    Step 3

    用1大匙油爆香蒜茸,加入虾仁和三色杂豆炒香,加入水和调味料煮滚,加入粟粉水打芡,淋上即可。Sauté garlic with 1 tbsp of oil until fragrant; add shrimp and three-color mixed beans to stir-fry, add water and seasonings; once boiled, thicken with starch and drizzle over tofu.
