有很多人说竹笋和芋头不可以放在一起吃,其实没有什么根据的,,而且味道还很美味呢。虽然竹笋和芋头能够一起吃,但是在吃的时候一定要小心点,因为竹笋和芋头的组成成分都是纤维,都是不容易消化的食物,因此吃竹笋的时候一般都是建议少吃芋头,或者是不吃芋头的,尤其是一些有胃病,或者是脾虚的不好消化的人,千万要少吃竹笋和芋头,尤其是两者放在一起吃的时候。

【烹饪小贴士】 先把芋头炸过可以缩短烹调时间。
用热油把芋头炸至边沿微焦即可盛出。Deep-fry yam pieces in hot oil until sides of yam is lightly golden. Dish out.
以滚水川烫芦笋20秒钟,然后浸泡冰水。Blanch asparagus in boiling water for 20 seconds. Drain and put into ice-cold water.
起锅热麻油,把虾米和蒜茸爆香,然后加入辣椒。Heat sesame oil in a wok,stirfry dried prawns and garlic. Add in red chili.
加入芋头和调味料,炒均后赞入花雕酒。Add yam and combined seasoning. Drizzle in Shao Xing wine.
加入芦笋拌均,迅速以生粉水勾芡即可盛出。Add asparagus to combine, thicken and dish out.
