    心得交流站 :如果买不到烟肉可用五花肉或火腿肉来代替。

    Step 1

    烧热2汤匙油入镬内,放入烟肉和虾米炒香。Heat 2tbsp oil in wok,stir fry bacon and dried shrimps until aromatic.

    Step 2

    加入芋头片炒匀,倒入材料B煮沸。Add in yam sliced and stir evenly. Pour in ingredients B.

    Step 3

    转小火盖着煮至芋头软熟,拌入青葱和芫荽。Cover to cook until yam become soft. Stir in spring onion and coriander.

    Step 4

    取出盛碟,洒上胡椒粉即可趁热食用。Remove and put in a plate,sprinkle pepper on top and serve hot.
