    Step 1

    将鸡腿肉加入腌料拌匀腌1小时。 Marinate chicken whole legs with condiments for 1 hour

    Step 2

    将芋头蒸软加入调味料,放入搅拌机搅拌至均匀 和幼滑的芋泥,分成3份。 Steam yam until soften, put in blender, add in seasoning and blend until fine; separate into 3 portions.

    Step 3

    把腌好的鸡腿肉摊开,铺上1份芋泥卷起,用锡纸裹 好定形。 Flatten meat and spread 1 portion of yam puree on top; roll up and wrap with aluminum foil.

    Step 4

    把鸡卷放入蒸笼里,用中火蒸30分钟,待冷,拆开 锡纸。 Place in steamer and steam for 30 minutes; once cool down, unwrap

    Step 5

    将蒸熟的鸡卷,裹上一层木薯粉,再裹上一层蛋液, 最后再裹上一层木薯粉。 Coat the chicken yam roll with tapioca flour, dip in egg sauce and then coat with tapioca flour again.

    Step 6

    放入热油里大火炸至金黄色,捞起滤干油份,切块 摆在铺了生菜的碟里,即可享用。 Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown; drain and arrange on plate with lettuce, done.
