    Directions

    Panna Cotta 是发源于意大利的一个甜品。炎炎夏日,试着做一下这个入口即化的甜品吧。

    Step 1

    把新鲜芒果去皮切片,放入搅拌机内搅拌成茸。Slice the mango flesh and blend them to get the mango puree.

    Step 2

    将燕菜粉、糖与清水煮至滚及溶解后,离火,加入芒果茸拌匀,倒入杯子里。Place agar-agar powder, sugar & water into a saucepan and bring to a boil. Once agar-agar dissolves, remove from heat, add the mango puree and pour into glasses.

    Step 3

    放置一旁至凝固备用。Leave to set before cooking the milk layer.

    Step 4

    鲜奶层做法TO PREPARE MILK LAYER : 1.将燕菜粉加入牛奶及糖煮至糖溶解,离火,加入奶油拌匀。Cook the agar-agar powder with milk and sugar till it dissolves. Remove from heat, add the cream and stir properly to combine.

    Step 5

    2.将鲜奶混合料倒入已经凝固的芒果杯子内,冷藏。 Pour onto the mango layer and leave to cool. Refrigerate.

    3.冷吃。Serve panna cotta chilled.
