    Step 1

    用适量盐和胡椒粉腌猪肉片,沾入面糊。Marinate pork slices with adequate salt and pepper. Dip into batter.

    Step 2

    以热油炸至酥脆金黄色即可盛出。Deep-fry pork slices till crispy and lightly golden. Dish out and put aside.

    Step 3

    把芒果酱材料混合至糖溶解,然后倒在碟里。Combine mango sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Stir until sugar dissolves. Pour sauce on a serving plate.

    Step 4

    放上猪肉片,把芒果丝围碟即可上桌。Place pork slices over and sprinkle over with shredded mango by the side. Serve at once.
