芝士奶油酥Light Cream Cheese Streusel Bars

【材料】
A:细糖11/4杯、中筋面粉1杯、可可粉1/3杯、盐1/4茶匙、冷牛油125克
B:低脂芝士奶油225克、炼奶400克、鸡蛋1粒(打散)、香草精2茶匙

【做法】
1.把糖、面粉、可可粉、盐及牛油搅拌成粗粒,保留1/2杯待用,其余都倒入11 X 7寸的涂油烤盘里,压紧,放入烤炉以180°C烤8-12分钟或至凝固。
2.另外把低脂芝士奶油、炼奶、鸡蛋及香草精搅拌均匀,然后倒在底层料上面,再烤15分钟。
3.把存起的材料铺最上层,再烤5-10分钟至凝结即可。待凉后才收入冰箱。切成块状享用。

【Ingredients】
A:1 1/4 cups caster sugar, 1 cup all-purpose flour, 1/3cup baking cocoa, 1/4 tsp salt, 125g cold butter
B:225g reduced-fat cream cheese, 400g condensed milk, 1 egg (lightly beaten), 2 tsps vanilla extract

【Method】
1.In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until crumbly. Set aside 1/2 cup for topping, press remaining crumb mixture into an 11 inch×7 inch baking pan coated with cooking spray. Bake at 180°C for 8-12 minutes or until set.
2.In a small bowl, beat ingredients B until blended. Pour over crust. Bake for 15 minutes.
3.Top with reserved crumb mixture, bake 5-10 minutes longer or until filling is set. Cool on a wire rack. Store in the refrigerator.
