    Directions

    Step 1

    把馅料和调味料A混合均匀。Combine fling ingredients with seasoning A. Mix until well combined.

    Step 2

    将茄子切成薄长片条,然后以少许盐腌约10分钟以让它出水,之后以纸巾抹干,然后放入蒸炉里蒸2-3分钟;取出再抹干。Slice brinjal into very thin long strips. Sprinkle a little salt over,leave aside for 10 minutes to draw out moisture. Pat dry with kitchen paper. Steam brinjal strips in a steamer for 2-3 minutes. Take out and wipe very dry.

    Step 3

    把茄子排桌子上,铺上适量馅料,然后卷起,放在烤盘上,撒入杂香草料和粗磨黑胡椒粉。Place the brinjal strips on a table top. Spoon some flling over and wrap up. Arrange the brinjal rolls on a baking tray. Sprinkle over with mixed herbs and coarse ground black pepper.

    Step 4

    放入预热至180℃的烤炉里烤10分钟,然后撒上两种芝士茸,再烤多5分钟即可。Bake stuffed brinjal at 180℃ for 10 minutes. Remove the tray and top with both cheese. Continue to bake for an extra 5 minutes. Remove and serve at once.
