    芝麻酱脆丝做法简单,芝麻的营养又高。炎热的夏天,就是想要来点凉爽的!

    Step 1

    咖哩叶以少许油炒香备用。Fry curry leave with some oil, set aside.

    Step 2

    牛蒡丝放入碗中,泡水再加入1茶匙酸柑汁,浸泡5分钟。Soak burdock shredded with 1 tsp lime juice water for 5 minutes.

    Step 3

    牛蒡丝放入沸水煮约10分钟,加入入南瓜丝和杏鲍菇丝煮滚后,再加入灯笼椒丝拌匀,即可捞起沥干水份,放入大碗中。Blanch burdock shredded in boiling water, follow by pumpkin and mushroom shredded. Lastly add in capsicum shredded, drain and arrange in a big bowl.

    Step 4

    将调味料放入材料丝中拌匀,排盘撒上芝麻即可享用。Mix the shredded ingredients with seasoning, arrange on plate, drizzle with some sesame sauce, done.
