将培根用腌料腌制2小时。Mix bacon with marinades for 2 hours.
将肉碎加入调味料充分拌匀起胶,再加入其余材料拌匀备用。Mixes minced meat ingredients with seasoning and blend until springy,mix in other ingredients.
将肉胶搓成小丸球,取出一片腌制好的培根片摊开,将肉丸放在中间卷起用竹签固定,重复做完为止。Knead the minced meat mixture into balls,flatten a bacon and place meat ball in center,roll up and skew with bamboo skewer. Repeat steps until all ingredients utilized.
烧热3杯炸油,将培根肉卷炸至金黄色至熟,盛起沥干油份。Heat 3 cups oil and deep fry the bacon roll until golden brown,drain.
