    杯子蛋糕小巧又美味,买一包预拌粉更方便制作。

    Step 1

    在搅拌缸内,将Dr. Oetker Nona 杯子蛋糕预拌粉加入水和鸡蛋搅拌2分钟,加入油,继续拌打1分钟成滑面糊。In a medium bowl, whisk Dr. Oetker Nona Cupcake Vanilla Mix with water and egg for 2 minutes till fluffy. Add in oil, continue whisk for 1 minute to become smooth batter.

    Step 2

    将蛋糕面糊料倒入杯子内至2/3满。Place paper cups in muffin tin. Pour the batter into paper cups, about 2/3 full.

    Step 3

    将杯子蛋糕放入预热至180℃的烤箱内,烘烤15-20分钟。Bake in preheated oven at 180ºC for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

    Step 4

    芝士奶油霜做法:牛油加入芝士和糖粉一起拌打至发起。To prepare cream cheese: Whip the butter, cheese and sugar on high speed with mixer (1-2 minutes) until thick, fluffy and spreadable.

    Step 5

    将芝士奶油霜放入挤花袋内,在冷却后的杯子蛋糕上挤上奶油,放上玫瑰花干,撒上开心果碎,完成。Pipe onto cooled cupcakes, top with some dried roses and chopped pistachio. DONE.
