    Step 1

    把马铃薯蒸至熟透后去皮切丁,加入调味料A和其余的馅料,混合均匀。Steam potato until soft. Remove the skin and cube. Add seasoning A and the rest of filling ingredients to mix with potato.

    Step 2

    用纸巾抹干鸡肉,均匀抹上调味料B,而鸡腹内则抹调味料C。Use paper kitchen towels to pat-dry inside and outside of chicken. Rub the outside of chicken with seasoning B evenly and seasoning C for the cavity part of the chicken.

    Step 3

    把馅料塞入鸡腹内,然后以竹签封口。Fill the cavity with the prepared filling ingredients. Secure the opening with a piece of bamboo skewer.

    Step 4

    用溶解牛油涂抹鸡皮,然后把它以坐的姿势放在烤盘上。Rub the skin of the chicken with some melted butter. Let the chicken sit securely on a rack that is placed on a baking tray.

    Step 5

    放进预热至180℃的烤炉里烤约1小时或至金黄色即可。Roast chicken in a preheated oven at 180℃ for approximately 1 hour or until golden brown in colour.
