药材炖汤Double-Boiled Herbal Soup

【材料】
菜园鸡300克(切 块)、夹心肉400克(去皮切块)、清水1公升
【药材】
人参须10克、甘草1片、无花果2粒、红枣 5粒(去核)、龙眼干10粒、小鲍鱼干3个(浸软)、党参 10克
【调味料】
盐适量
【做法】
1.把所有药材放入炖盅内,加入清水,煮10分钟至滚。
2.放入猪肉和鸡肉,隔水慢火炖1-1 1/2小时,即可调味食用。
【烹煮小贴士】记得先把药材煮一煮才会出味。
【Ingredient】
300g kampung chicken (chopped), 400g pork shoulder meat (remove skin and cut into sizeable pieces), 1 litre water
【Herbs】
10g ginseng roots (yong sum soe), 1pc liquorice (kam choe), 2 dried figs, 5 red dates (seeds removed), 10g dried longan, 3 dried baby abalone (soaked), 10g tong sum
【Seasoning】
salt to taste
【Method】
1.Rinse all herbs and put into a double-boiler pot. Add water and bring to boil for 10 minutes.
2.Add in pork and chicken and double-boil for 1-1 1/2hours. Adjust to taste before dishing out to serve.
