    Step 1

    把排骨放入滚水中汆烫1分钟、滴干置放一旁。Blanch spareribs in a pot pf boiling water for 1 minute. Drain and leave aside.

    Step 2

    把排骨、凤爪、鸡肉、香菇及药材放入一深锅内,倒入清水覆盖所有材料,煮至滚后转中小火焖20分钟。Combine spareribs, chicken feet, chicken, mushrooms and herbs in a deep saucepan. Pour in water to cover all the ingredients. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat to medium low and simmer for 20 minutes.

    Step 3

    加入调味料,继续煮30-40分钟至肉熟汁稠。起锅前加入花雕酒并勾芡。Add the seasoning ingredients and continue to cook for 30-40 minutes or until meat is tender and gravy is reduced. Pour in the wine and thicken with corn flour mixture.
