    Directions

    Step 1

    烧热2汤匙油入锅内,炒香(B)料。Heat 2tbsp oil in wok, stir fry (B) until fragrant.

    Step 2

    加入(A)料炒匀,倒入(C)料再拌入芡汁。Add in (A) stir fry well, pour in (C) and corn flour solution.

    Step 3

    将全部材料倒入炖盅内煮1小时半即可。Put all the ingredients into stew pot to cook for 1½hour.
