莳萝梅酱鱼片 Fish Fillet in Plum Sauce with Dill

【材料】
A:多里鱼片300克、鸡蛋1粒、面粉50克、鲜莳萝1束
B:番茄1粒、大洋葱1粒、黄瓜1 条(全部切块)
【酱料】混合
梅子酱4汤匙、番茄酱2汤匙、辣椒酱2汤匙、盐(少
许)、白糖(少许)、鸡精粉(少许)、黑酱油(少
许)、水100毫升
【勾芡】
玉蜀黍粉1汤匙+水2汤匙
【做法】
1. 多里鱼片加入盐跟白胡椒调味,沾了鸡蛋再沾面粉, 放入油锅里炸至金黄后备用。 (图1-2)
2. 将酱料煮沸后加入B料炒好。(图3-5)
3. 最后加入薯粉水勾芡,再撒入鲜莳萝。(图6)
4. 将酱汁淋上在鱼片上即可上桌,撒上额外的莳萝装饰。

【Ingredients】
A:300g Dori fillet,1 egg, 50g plain flour, 1 stalk fresh dill
B:1 tomato, 1 onion, 1 cucumber (all cut wedges)
【Sauce ingredients】
4 tbsp plum sauce, 2 tbsp tomato sauce, 2 tbsp chili
sauce, dash of salt, sugar, chicken powder and dark soy
sauce, 100ml water
【Thickening】
Corn flour 1tbsp + 2 tbsp water
【Method】
1. Marinate Dori fillet with salt and pepper, then dip in egg
sauce and flour, deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.(pic1-2)
2. Boil sauce ingredients and then add in ingredients B, stir well.(pic 3-5)
3. Thicken with cornflour sauce, at last add in fresh dill.(pic 6)
4. Pour sauce over fried fish fillet, garnish with extra fresh dill.
