菊花枸杞凉糕Chrysanthemums Jelly

【底层材料】
A:菊花10克、清水650毫升
B:燕菜粉2茶匙、鱼胶粉2茶匙、糖150克、鲜菊花数片

【底层做法】
1.将A料煮滚后熄火焗10分钟至出味,然后过滤即成菊花茶(图1-2)
2.把B料混合后倒入菊花中,以慢火煮滚至糖溶解,然后倒入模型中并洒入数片鲜菊花待凝固。(图 3-6)

【面层材料】
燕菜粉2茶匙毫升、鱼胶粉2茶匙、糖160克、清水750毫升、枸杞1汤匙(洗净浸软)

【面层做法】
1.把燕菜粉、鱼胶粉及糖混合均匀,倒入水煮至糖溶解。
2.把燕菜液倒入底层上并加入枸杞待凝固后放入冰箱冷冻后,便可切块享用。(图 7)

【Base Ingredients】
A: 10g chrysanthemum, 650ml water
B: 2 tsp agar-agar powder, 2 tsp gelatin, 150g water
Some fresh chrysanthemum pods

【To prepare base】
1.Bring ingredients A to boil, turn off heat and simmer for 10 minutes, filtered.(pic 1-2)
2.Mixes ingredients B with chrysanthemum tea, boil over low heat until sugar dissolve, pour into mold and sprinkle some chrysanthemum pods on top. Let
it cool to set.(pic 3-6)

【Topping ingredients】
2 tsp agar-agar powder, 2 tsp gelatin, 160g sugar 750ml water, 1 tbsp Gou QI (washed & soaked)

【To prepare topping】
1.Mixes agar-agar powder, gelatin and sugar together.
2.Pour into water and boil until sugar dissolve.
3.Pour solution on top of base jelly, sprinkle some Gou Qi on top, let set and keep in fridge. Serve cool in small pieces.(pic 7)
