    菜脯即萝卜干,是一道非常经典的地方风味小吃。以味道香甜,肉厚酥脆等特点而著称。具有促进食欲、利尿消肿、预防疾病的功效。

    Step 1

    把鱼清理干净后摆放盘中,上面铺上金针菇和酱料,放入蒸笼蒸15分钟。Clean fish and arrange on plate, top with enokitake mushrooms and sauce, steam for 15 minutes.

    Step 2

    出锅后再加入青葱和芫荽即完成。Lastly toss Chinese wine and sugar, stir well. Set aside.

    Step 3

    酱料做法TO PREPARE SAUCE : 1.热锅放入少许油,炒香甜菜脯、辣椒与香菇,再加入酱油,接着加入少许水再继续翻炒。Heat some oil in wok, saute sweet choy pou, chilli and mushroom, toss in dog sauce and water, bring to boil. 2.最后加入绍兴酒与糖翻炒备用。Lastly toss Chinese wine and sugar, stir well. Set aside.
