    Step 1

    取一锅加入油和牛油, 放入虾以大火煎熟,不要经常翻动虎虾,只有当虾子变红后才翻转,继续煎煮。In a wok/pan, heat up oil and butter. Put in the prawn to sear it over high heat. Do not flip or move the prawn. Only we flip it when half of the prawn turn red. Flip all the prawn and let it cook the other side.

    Step 2

    期间撒上蒜米、柠檬皮、盐和黑胡椒调味。So while waiting, sprinkle the chopped garlic, grate the lemon zest and season with salt and pepper.

    Step 3

    待虎虾全部煎熟,即撒上碎香芹作装饰,伴以柠檬块即可上桌。Once the prawn all curl up and fully cooked. Sprinkle parsley to garnish and serve it immediately with lemon wedges.
