不想用全鸡,可用3只全腿代替1只鸡。用材料B腌鸡腿后蒸20-30分钟即可。

    Step 1

    以中火热锅,放入粗盐,炒至微黄后盛出,待凉。Heat a wok over medium heat. Put in coarse salt and fry until slightly golden. Dish out and leave aside to cool completely.

    Step 2

    鸡洗净,内外抹上冷却的粗盐,然后放材料B入鸡肚,置放1-1½小时。Clean chicken well. Rub cooled salt all over inside and out then put ingredients (B) in the stomach cavity of chicken. Leave aside for 1-1½ hours.

    Step 3

    把鸡放在蒸盘上,大火蒸35-40分钟。Place chicken on a steaming tray. Steam chicken for 35-40 minutes over rapid boiling water.

    Step 4

    取出熟鸡后,即刻浇上花雕酒,趁热吃。Remove chicken out and pour Hua Tiau wine over immediately. Serve hot.
