    Step 1

    将蔓越莓加水用搅拌机打烂或摏烂,加入材料C拌匀即成沙律酱。Blend Cranberry with boiling water into puree,and then mixes in ingredients C as dressing.

    Step 2

    生菜用滚水烫软过冷河后备用。Blanch lettuce until soften and rinse in cold water.

    Step 3

    取1片生菜,包入蔬果各1条,加入适量蔓越莓沙律酱和适量材料B,卷紧切半上碟,摆上装饰即成。Use 1 sprig of lettuce to wrap one each of those vegetables stick and top with some dressing and ingredients B,roll up firmly and cut into half to serve.
