【烹饪小贴士】腐皮卷外皮容易焦,要用慢火半煎炸。

    Directions

    Step 1

    沙葛丝用清水冲洗过,用手榨取水份,备用。Wash Sengkuang and then squeeze off water by hand.

    Step 2

    芋头丝用油炸过,备用。Deeo fry the juliennes yam until crispy.

    Step 3

    烧热1汤匙油,炒香四季豆丝,再加入所有馅料快速兜炒,加入调味料炒匀上碟。Heat 1 tbsp oil in wok, saute French bean, then toss in all other filling ingredients, add seasoning and stir to mix, dish out.

    Step 4

    取一片腐皮,加入适量馅料,撒上材料B,包成春卷状,用面糊收口,至全部包卷好,用油半煎炸至金黄色即可,享用时配上蘸酱。Place some filling on top of bean curd skin, sprinkle ingredients B on top, roll up and seal it. After finish prepare all rolls, deep fry them until golden brown. Serve with dipping sauce.
