    Step 1

    将面筋卜飞水,待冷挤去水份备用。Blanch gluten pockets and squeeze out water once cool down.

    Step 2

    橙色番薯蒸熟备用。Steam sweet potato until cooked.

    Step 3

    苋菜叶飞水捞起浸冰水,切碎后揸去水份备用。Blanch spinach and soak in cold water;and then chop finely and squeeze out water.

    Step 4

    全部馅料用手搅拌均匀后备用。Mixes all ingredients with hand.

    Step 5

    取一份面筋卜抹上少许生粉,酿入适量馅料放在一片蒸熟番薯上,至全部做好,隔水蒸3分钟,取出。Coat each gluten pocket with some corn flour and stuff in some filling;and then place on top of sweet potato slice;steam for 3 minutes and dish out.

    Step 6

    煮滚芡汁,淋上即可。Boil sauce ingredients and pour over the dish.
