先烧热水将意大利面煮8分钟,备用。Boil the Spaghetti with hot water for 8 minutes, set aside.
烧热平底锅放油,放入洋葱碎,炒至金黄后倒入白酒,然后放鸡柳炒至八成熟。Heat the pan and add some oil, stir-fry the chopped onion until golden brown, pour some white wine and chicken fillet stir-fry until 80% cooked.
加入菠菜及意大利面一起拌炒,下盐及胡椒调味,如水份不够可放白酒,差不多完成放樱桃小番茄炒匀即可。Add spinach and spaghetti together, season with salt and pepper, if the water is not enough can add more white wine, add cherry tomatoes at last, enjoy.
