    藜麦属于易熟易消化食品,口感独特,有淡淡的坚果清香或者人参香。

    Step 1

    沙拉酱:用果酱罐,装入淡奶和柠檬汁,搅拌均匀后等5分钟,然后加入其余材料,盖关紧,摇晃至出现乳化状即可,试味后收入冰箱。To Prepare salad dressing : In a jam bottle, stir evaporated milk with lemon juice and stand for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients, close lid securely and shake well till emulsified. Season to taste. Cover and keep chilled till ready to use.

    Step 2

    沙拉:藜麦洗净,把加盐的水煮滚后加入藜麦,加盖煮30分钟或至软身;滴干后拌入2汤匙酱汁,待凉后可加入少许盐调味。Prepare salad : Rinse and drain quinoa. Bring water and salt to the boil over medium high heat. Add quinoa and covered, cook for 30 minutes, or till tender. Drain well. Toss warm quinoa with 2 tbsp salad dressing to coat. Allow to cool. Season to taste with some salt.

    Step 3

    另外煮一锅水,加少许盐,把西兰花汆烫至刚熟即可,然后浸泡冰水,滴干。Bring a large pot of water to boil. Add some salt. Cook broccoli until just tender and bright green. Transfer to a bowl of ice water. Cool and drain. Dry on a tray lined with kitchen paper.

    Step 4

    把葱头、藜麦、西兰花、莞荽及青葱混合,然后拌入酱汁,再撒上瓜子和芝麻即可享用。In a large bowl, combine onion, quinoa, broccoli, coriander and spring onions. Toss with salad dressing. Sprinkle pumpkin and sesame seeds. Can be eaten as a vegetarian meal or serve with your favourite meat dish.
