    心得交流站 : 意大利面烫熟后一定要趁热拌上适量的牛油或橄榄油,避免面条粘成一团。

    Step 1

    鸡胸肉加入腌料拌匀,腌制½小时。Marinate chicken breast meat with condiments for ½hour.

    Step 2

    烧热牛油,爆香洋葱和新鲜蘑菇,再加入鸡胸肉炒熟,加入蘑菇奶油酱和调味料用小火煮滚,最后才加入奶油拌匀,试味。Heat butter in wok,saute onion and fresh mushroom until fragrant,toss in meat and stir-fry until cooked;add in canned mushroom cream and seasoning,boil in low heat and finally add in cream and adjust taste.

    Step 3

    酱料淋在意大利面上,撒上西洋荽芫碎即可享用。Pour sauce over spaghetti and sprinkle chopped parsley on top to serve.
