蘑菇芝士酥皮卷 cheesy mushroom pinwheels

做法
1 镬内热油,爆香蒜茸和洋葱,加入蘑菇片炒至软化。(图1-2)
2 加入牛油、胡椒粉和海盐炒匀,离火待凉后,加入mozzarella芝
士混合均匀,备用。(图 3)
3 将酥皮切成2片,即是宽5″x高10″,舀1匙的芝士蘑菇馅放在酥皮
上,卷起在接合处涂上蛋液黏紧,再切成一半。(图4)
4 将整个酥皮卷都涂抹蛋液,放入预热至200℃的烤箱,烤约18-20
分钟至酥皮呈金黄色,取出,撒上香草碎即可。(图5)

INGREDIENTS A
250g fresh mushrooms (slices), 1 onion (dice), 1 tbsp
chopped garlic, ½ tsp pepper, ½ tsp sea salt, 20g butter,
50g mozzarella cheese, 1 tbsp olive oil, some chopped
parsley
INGREDIENTS B
1 puff pastry ( 10”x10”), 1 egg (beaten)
METHOD
1 Heat oil in wok, saute chopped garlic, onion till fragrant,
add in mushrooms, stir fy till soften. (pic 1-2)
2 Add in butter, pepper and sea salt, stir to combine. Off
heat, let cool and add in mozzarella cheese. (pic 3)
3 Cut pastry in 2 (5″x10″), split the mushroom filling on
top, roll tightly and brush with egg wash at the end,
cut into 2. (pic 4)
4 Generously brush with egg wash on the surface, place
into pre-heat @ 200℃ oven, bake for 18-20minutes
till golden brown. Spinkle with some chopped parsley
when serve. (pic 5)
