    Step 1

    把全部材料A放入炖盅里隔水煮1小时,然后把汤过滤。Combine ingredients A in a double-boiler pot. Doubleboil for 1 hour and then strain the broth.

    Step 2

    另外以盐和胡椒粉腌鸡肉。Marinate chicken with salt and pepper.

    Step 3

    将白菜叶铺在炖盅里,撒上冰糖,然后把鸡肉放在上面。Arrange wong nga pak leaves on a deep steaming plate. Spread rock sugar over and top with chicken.

    Step 4

    倒入100毫升的鸡汤在鸡肉上面,然后蒸30分钟至肉熟透。Pour 100ml cordyceps broth over the chicken. Steam for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.

    Step 5

    另外把剩余的鸡汤过滤入锅里,加入鲜淮山和红萝卜煮15分钟,然后加入枸杞,以盐调味,即可配鸡肉吃。Put remaining cordyceps broth in a pot. Add in fresh wai san and carrot. Boil for 15 minutes. Add in kei chi and adjust with salt to taste. Serve the cordyceps broth with the chicken.
