    佛手瓜在瓜类蔬菜中营养全面丰富,常食对增强人体抵抗疾病的能力有益。 经常吃佛手瓜可利尿排钠,有扩张血管、降压之功能。 据医学研究报道,锌对儿童智力发能影响较大,缺锌儿童智力低下,常食含锌较多的佛手瓜,可以提高智力。

    Step 1

    锅内热油,爆香蒜末。Heat some oil in wok, sauté chopped garlic till fragrant.

    Step 2

    放入佛手瓜丝,翻炒均匀。把锅盖盖上,焖煮一会儿。Toss in chayote, stir fry well. Cover the lid and simmer for a while.

    Step 3

    放入彩椒,继续翻炒均匀。Add in tri-color capsicum, mix well.

    Step 4

    放入虾仁,炒至变色后以蚝油调味。Add in shrimp, cook until it change color. Season with oyster sauce.

    Step 5

    加入适量的水,翻炒后焖煮至佛手瓜丝变软。Pour in some water and simmer until chayote tender and moist, done.
