    Step 1

    用2大匙油,爆香蒜茸和葱头仔加入虾仁炒香,加入木瓜炒匀。Stir-fry shallots and garlic with 2 tbsp of oil. Add in shrimp and a quick stir-fry before adding in the papaya, continue with a quick stir-fry.

    Step 2

    加入水煮滚,加入调味料和红辣椒片煮5分钟至木瓜软即可。Add in water, bring to boil, add the remaining seasoning and chilli, cook for 5 minutes until papaya soften, and serve.
